Suiho Kanzaki is Master teacher RIJI, Sogetsu School of Ikebana, Director of Suiho-kai, Sogetsu School.

In 1951, started learning Sogetsu ikebana under Mr. Sofu Teshigahara(the founder of the Sogetsu School) and his son Mr. Hiroshi Teshigahara, until moving to New York in 1983.

While living in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia from 1965-1969 attended Norman Sparnon's class. She lived in Toronto, Canada from1973-1977.

Suiho held numerous demonstrations and workshops. She continues to exhibit large scale Ikebana in Hotel KITANO in NY city, and conducted teacher's workshop held at Consulate General of Japan in NY city from 1988.

She recieves the Sogetsu Overseas award from Iemoto, headmaster of Sogetsu School, in 2001 and 2007.
